    Hi @admin

I got a response from ionos ans this is what they gave:

“As per our admins, they created an error logs for them to be able to check the origin of the error 503
Here is the error log that they acquired:

[18-Nov-2022 23:10:48 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: membership_level_id in /homepages/28/d868714141/htdocs/clickandbuilds/SpeakShona/wp-content/plugins/simple-membership/ipn/swpm-stripe-sca-buy-now-ipn.php on line 272

They suggested that you provide this error log to the administrator of the plugin so they can double the command that causes the error. ”

Does this help in troubleshooting and getting this sorted out?
