ParticipantOK.
Please can you also tell me how to disable the automatic emails sent to a user when I edit their details?
I would like to disable all automatic emails to users in my members list.

ParticipantPS. Do you think it is possible that the bulk upload is not adding the passwords I specify? Or adding different ones. I can’t view their individual passwords on the plugin.

ParticipantHi, thank you for this feedback.
I have performed the test you described, however the users I have bulk entered with new, simple passwords still cannot log on.Also, if I delete a user I had originally bulk added, who couldn’t log in, and manually add the exact same user with the same username and password, they are then able to log on.
Your help would be appreciated, as this issues seems to be linked to the bulk upload and not to the passwords.

ParticipantHi!
Thank you for your reply.
When I type in their username and password in the login widget or the login page, and click ‘Login’, I get a message at the bottom of the box which says: “Password Empty or Invalid.”And yes, when I imported the file, I had included a password for every user.
I would really appreciate any insights you could give me on this.emma.robinson@air4casts.com
ParticipantHi!
Thank you for the reply.
No, I am talking about something else.I used the instructions here to bulk upload a large number of members to my blog after I installed your plugin: https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-bulk-import-member-data-csv-file/
When I did this, the members were all added successfully and are in my list of members, however when I test their logins, none of them work. The only way I can get a member to successfully log in through your plugin is if I add them using the Add Member tab, where I add one member at a time.
Can you please help?
