To start, my last paid support has expired, please let me know how to update with a new payment.

My issue is:

Approximately 30 days ago the Simple Membership plug-in needed to be reinstalled on my website. It reinstalled fine, everything is working.

Now it will not allow member signups, when trying to sign up it pops up the following message.

“Error! Security check failed for membership level identifier validation. The submitted membership level data does not match. If you are using caching please empty the cache data and try again. If you are using the Form Builder addon, please update the addon and try again.”

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
