ParticipantGuys. You have got to be kidding? When you add the default address field it automatically adds the subelements below on the frontend. How in the hell do you modify those on the backend? This has been going on for days/week?

ParticipantYes I am logged in as an Administrator. I created the “test” form below and added the address element. Opened it but no ability to change individual address subelements. I have all the plugins disabled except for the SM and SM Form Builder.
Where are you going in the backend to modify the Address subelements. Perhaps send me a screen shot of what you see.

ParticipantI have disabled all plugins except WP Membership and WP Form Builder. No change in ability to modify the individual fields within the “Address” element. Attached show what I see in Form Builder for the Address element.

ParticipantI am using Form Builder, Version 4.1. I recently purchased and installed it. I cannot edit any of the fields within the Address element. I am using a Free Registration. Would that make a difference for the Address element?
What about the label formatting alignment issue?

ParticipantI did not add the second street address field in the form. All the fields are there by default when you create a registration form and/or select an address element. The attached screen shot of the site shows the front end issues.
Blue Arrow – all the fields that are there by default.
Red Arrows and box – the need to move up the letters so it is clear which box they relate toOn the second attachment, I have shown that there is limited flexibility to change the default fields of an address element. You can only specify the default country.

Thank you.

ParticipantWhen you say type in the field, are you talking about the front end form or the backend form creation. I can type words in the password field on the form itself on the frontend but passwords don’t have to match. However, the Password validation dropdown is disabled in the backend form creation.

Participant1. Short Code – I followed the plugin documentation that says not to change the short code for the registration page per the first image. You sent some follow-up documentation that says to change the short code as in image two. I was confused but it worked.

2. Password Validation – Attached is an image of the password validation field being “grayed out”, so no options are available. When I fill in the form, it accepts the form when I have two different passwords.

Thanks again for your help.

ParticipantIt appears I created the form correctly. However, to get it to work I have to change the shortcode to [swpm_registration_form level=2] to correspond to the profile form. The plugin documentation is confusing because it indicates that you do not have to change the shortcode since the plugin picks it up.
IS there a jQuery plugin that I should install to get the validation to work on the Password field and provide more control over Username validation. The Password validation is greyed out. The passwords don’t even have to match.
Thanks for your help and responsiveness.

ParticipantI have created one form as a test. The code on the registration page is [swpm_registration_form]

ParticipantI just installed the plugin and purchased the addon a couple days ago. Membership plugin version 3.2.0. Form Builder plugin 4.1
Arimessimple
ParticipantI have done all that. I am not sure what else to do.

ParticipantI am sorry but documentation says to not change shortcode (look at documentation). This does not help. Perhaps the plugin is a problem? I sennt in another question. When I install the plugin, showldn’t I be able to modify the existing plugin forms without creating new ones? very confusing.

ParticipantUsed both Standard and Free in the description. Where else do I designate? Same effect on loading the page.

ParticipantHi MBESolutions. Thanks for response. I created at Standard membership and a new form with some add on fields. However, when I go to the page in the menu it just spins (both in backend and frontend).
