    1. Short Code – I followed the plugin documentation that says not to change the short code for the registration page per the first image. You sent some follow-up documentation that says to change the short code as in image two. I was confused but it worked.

    Non-plugin documentation you sent

    2. Password Validation – Attached is an image of the password validation field being “grayed out”, so no options are available. When I fill in the form, it accepts the form when I have two different passwords.

    Thanks again for your help.

Hi the first image is talking about the standard registration form “Free Membership Form”, whereas the second image is talking about about both the Paid Membership Form and the free membership form. I have edited the second image instructions to better explain your question above. If you view the URL I submitted earlier you can see that it has been further edited so it will not confuse anyone in the future.

In regards to your second password image, are you saying that you cannot type anything in the field?

When you say type in the field, are you talking about the front end form or the backend form creation. I can type words in the password field on the form itself on the frontend but passwords don’t have to match. However, the Password validation dropdown is disabled in the backend form creation.

Can you recreate the form again? In my test environment I am able to enter a validation rule in the password field if I needed to.
