KeymasterHi Lucy, The issues seem to be coming from the theme’s CSS file. What happens if you switch to one of the default WordPress themes (2012, 2013, 2014 ect)? Do you still see the layout broken issue?

I can’t find any occurrence of the spelling “Notificationservice” in the membership plugin. Are you sure that this is coming from this plugin?

KeymasterI am pretty sure you are testing with an email address that is already being used by a WP User account. Maybe your admin account is using that email address. Check the list in the WP Users menu and you will see that email address being used already.

KeymasterAre you talking about the email that you get after you make a payment for membership or after you fill in the registration form?
