ParticipantLike voldemarasp I am getting a Fatal Server Error when trying to save a form through form builder. Looking at the sedrver logs I am seeing:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function format_for_editor() in XXXXX/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/classes/class.swpm-form-builder.php on line 619
Is there a solution available?

ParticipantThanks again for the reply.
I disabled the Form Builder Add-on and the original registration form is now back.
I should mention that I did not change the short code on the pages and the the Form Builder Add-on never offered me one but rather it would over write the default form.
So I guess its only one or the other and if a user creates a registration form in form builder and then deletes it there will be no form found while the add-on is enabled, which seems like a bad user experience to me. I would have the code roll back to the default form if no form type was found in Form Builder Add-on even after creating and deleting one. Or have a special short code to be entered for the Form Builder Add-on forms versus having them overwrite the default short code.
Thanks!
John

ParticipantSomething is still off…
I went in and added a new Free Membership.
Entered the new ID into the settings page.
Went to the register page and saw the
Error! Form not found.
Submit
Error window.

ParticipantThanks for the reply…
Enable Free Membership is checked and Free Membership Level ID is set to 2.
On the page it has this shortcode: [swpm_registration_form]
I am not sure where to check to see if the form still exists.
Thanks!
John
