Form builder not working

Hi,

I wrote letter for premium support, but I got no messages from them.

Can someone help me? Product is not working and I payed money for it.

Error:

Fatal error: Class ‘SwpmUtils’ not found in /home/vchd/domains/vchd.lt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/classes/class.swpm-fb-registration-formmeta.php on line 83

Hi, I purchased and installed the addon as well earlier today. After creating a new Registration form I received the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method SwpmUtils::membership_level_id_exists() in /home/*********/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/classes/class.swpm-fb-form.php on line 54

I have version 4.1 .

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Looks like your main simple membership plugin needs to be updated to the latest version. Please go to the plugins menu and click on the update link for the simple membership plugin. You shouldn’t see that error after you update.

Admin, can you kindly address my inquiry as well? I already have the latest version of the plugin, 4.1 , and receive the same error message that voldemarasp is experiencing :

Like voldemarasp I am getting a Fatal Server Error when trying to save a form through form builder. Looking at the sedrver logs I am seeing:

Tried saving a form. Still getting the 500 error
