Hi, no you should not loose any data. However just to be on the safe side you can always create a backup of your site. Then delete the plugin and installed a fresh new copy.

    Kind regards

    Hello,
I just deleted than re-installed the plugin and the situation is still the same.
Is there a way to send a thank you email without the conformation link and for me to manually email a password to people who register?

    Thanks
    Sandrine

This seems like a plugin conflict to me. When that registration form is submitted, it should just be complete. I have tested that so I know that functionality is working fine.

Please do the following conflict test:
    https://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/test-for-plugin-and-theme-conflict-before-posting-an-issue-or-a-bug/

Regarding reloading the plugin, you don’t lose any data if you deactivate the plugin then load a new copy.

    Hello,
I just dis-activated all the plugins and did the test, I thought the Participants Database plugin might be the cause for conflict (https://wordpress.org/plugins/participants-database/)

But actually the confirmation page still reloaded itself after all the plugins had been disabled, and the membership is not confirmed.
