Order not registrated

Hi,
I have purchase all your plug-ins (I think), but I have still difficulty to get all orders registrated. Every day I have to put in one or more customers manually. I have ask about this before and get answer that I need to turn on “debugging”. After I turn on debugging most order get registrated, but not all. The lastest order that not get registrateed is this (Copy from debug log):

Hi, looking at your log file above it says that it failed to insert a new member.

Does the person registering in your site that triggered this error message, already exist in your site as a member?

No, this person was not customer before. This is a new customer

Have read everythinb but there is nothing here about my problem. My problem is that the plug-in dosent post the record to the database. If you look at the record all is sucess. Most customer get registrated, but maybe 1 off 3 dosent. Sometime less. That mean there is nothing wrong with the paypal data and integration or???

Looks like the plugin is failing to insert the data into the database on this site. It is having the following error:

FAILURE: Error! Failed to insert a new member record.

Please make sure that your IPN settings in your paypal account is set to send data in UTF-8 format. Do the following and let us know if you still have the same issue after that:
