What is the problem???February 21, 2018 at 8:39 pm #13459The Assurer
Moderatorhttps://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/not-all-orders-are-registered/
Look like Simple Membership dont recive the verification from PayPal after payment is done sometime.According to the debug log that you just posted; an IPN was received from PayPal. Does that log correspond to the user that was not registered?
February 22, 2018 at 8:35 am #13469estudie
ParticipantYes, that record correspond with the user that was not registered. My previouse problems have been solved almost with turn debug function on. This function is on know but this dosent help this time. The last 10 user has not been registrated. I only know about this registration because I get a payment mail from PayPal.

ParticipantHi,
The problem is that the program does not receive any IPN from PayPal. The IPN feature is turned on with PayPal. Everything worked up to site updated by WordPress / plug-ins. The problem is that the user is not registered. All users who are registered receive e-mail that they must click on. I understand the logic of their plu-ins. Have used it over 1 year.Has also turned off my firewall to be sure nothing get blocked.Normally I receive 3-6 payments per day.
The first order I received today was not registered, but the last one that came was created. No idea why. I have not done anything except running update of plug-ins and themes.

ModeratorHi, from what you are saying above it looks like this is only happening to a few members. If the communication between PayPal and your server sometimes breaks then you should check your server log files and speak to your host about this issue.
You should check your PayPal account to make sure all members are accounted for. Check to make sure that the members that payment is not coming through are active in your PayPal account. You should also speak to PayPal support about your issue. They might be able to share some light into your issue.
Let us know if you need more help with this.
Kind regards

ParticipantHi,
There is not a few users how are not registered. Until yesterday no users were registered. I repeat none of the 30 last users were registered.No problems with PayPal, as you talk about. All customers are active and registered correctly. Had these users not been correctly registered on my PayPal account, I will not know that they has paid and want to be members.
I am running my own hosting company in Norway, so I have my own dedicated servers connected directly to NIX in Norway via 1 GB / sec line. No problems with the communication between my server park and PayPal. No error messages in the server log.
The good news is that the last 2 users yesterday and today’s first user were registered without I doing anything other than updating all plug-ins and themes as usual. If this plug-in suddenly started to work again, I do not know. Can almost look like it`s working know. Should only have shown what caused the problems so I could make sure they did not occur again.

ModeratorHi, thank you for getting back to us. I am also happy to hear that it is working now. Please keep an eye on your current set up. Let us know if something goes wrong.
One last question, does your server run some sort of caching service? Because if it does and it is not set up correctly with our plugin, it could cause an issue.
Kind regards

ParticipantI run WP Super Catche. I has alredy try to turn this off in part of my error search.
I know see that Simple WordPress Membership has a new plug-ins updata. Is it safe for me to install this or will this updata make new problem. Dont wont more problem know after a week with only problems.

ModeratorHi, you can safely update to the latest version. The new version has a password feature that when enabled it will force new members to enter a much complex password when they register.
In regards to your cache plugin please check the following documentation. This will help you set up correctly your cache plugin.
Thank you

ParticipantHi,
I have received the following e-mail from PayPal yesterday and today (see below). What does this mean? This does not tell me anything.Check the server that handles PayPals notice of direct payment. Direct payment notification sent to the following URL (s) failed:
//estudie.no/?swpm_process_ipn=1
If you do not recognize this URL, you may use a service provider that uses direct payment notification on your behalf. Contact your service provider with the information above. If the issue persists, your direct payment notification may be disabled for your account.
Thank you for investigating this issue quickly.
With best regards
PayPal

ModeratorHi, please check the following documentation. Let me know if this helps you.
Thank you
February 25, 2018 at 10:13 am #13504estudie
ParticipantNo, this not help me. IPN is enable. That is not the problem. All users can pay (I think). This message comes from PayPal. What is the URL they reffer to:
//estudie.no/?swpm_process_ipn=1
When user pay I get notification from PayPal, so I dont understand what this is.
