Not all orders are registered

Not all orders are registered. Sometimes I dont know about new members before I receive the order confirmation from PayPal. Why does this happen and what can I do to avoid this?

I dont know how long time it take since I dont know about the order at all before I get the comformation from PayPal. Can not understand that there will be some correlation between how long time PayPal uses to send the email receipt to me and if the order is registered by Simple Membership at all. Does not the Simple Membership order register immediately after payment is processed by PayPal? In my tests, PayPal’s payment goes through as normal (within 10-15 seconds), while the time it takes for me to receive the email receipt from PayPal varies from 1 minute to 10 minutes sometimes.

Hi, 1-10 minutes can be normal. There are many factors that might play a part in the sending of e-mails. I don’t think there is much we can do about this. You might like to contact PayPal about this and or speak to your host. See if they can share some light into this matter.

You misunderstand me. I have no problems with email communication.

My problem is that new orders will NOT be registered by Simple Membership. Only 2 of 3 orders will be registered. I wonder why?

Have read all documentaion 5 times already (at least). No answer her to my problem. All look to be correct since I get 2 of 3 order. Have used this plug-ins 4 mounth know so I am pretty sure about this. It has to be something in your code that dosent work. Look like Simple Membership dont recive the verification from PayPal after payment is done sometime. Never had a problem like this. Cant fin anything about this problem in you documentaion or in this forum. What can I do to fix this issue?

Hi, there is only one more action I can suggest. Enable Debug Mode and monitor every membership sign up. When one does not come through, check the log file and report back. This should help us better understand what is happening and hopefully troubleshoot your issue.
