ParticipantI have created a page and protected it for members logged in. The problem is that eventho I am logged in, I cannot enter the page. It tells me to login again.

Moderator@MR,
If you are login in with your WordPress Admin account then you need to allow access to protected content for WordPress admin account. The following instructions can help you.

Kind regards.

KeymasterAdding a link to this documentation:

ParticipantI have a problem where people are registering for one of my paid memberships and are then sent in circles back to the ‘join’ page even though they are meant to be directed back to the membership page. The complete registration link {reg_link} in their email is not appearing as a link, but as a long url (i.e., https://[redacted].com/membership-join/membership-registration/?member_id=%5Bredacted%5D&code=%5Bredacted%5D). This link sends them to the free membership level and not the one that they have paid for.
They are then looping around and around to the membership-join page and the free registration page and not to the appropriate membership page.
This is the email that they are sent to confirm:
Hello {first_name} {last_name}
Thank you for joining my {membership_level_name} membership. I’m looking forward to supporting you in your writing and personal goals.
Please complete your registration by visiting the following link: {reg_link}
Can anyone enlighten me on what I need to change in the email to fix this?

KeymasterIs your payment button (for the paid membership) assigned the correct membership level?
Do a test yourself by going through your registration process to ensure that the process works as per your expectation:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/membership-registration-process-overview/Enable the debug logging feature then do a paid membership test:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/enable-debug-logging/Can you go to the special registration link after payment to register for a new account for the membership level that you paid for? Share the debug log content from your test so we can check it.

ParticipantI have set up free, paid and VIP memberships. I am using VIP memberships through a private registration page to test my site. My Admin account setup through VIP registration maintains VIP status. Other accounts setup in this manner are listed as free members on the site but VIP in my settings. They do not have access to protected pages. How do I correct this?

Moderator@dugganvideo, can you share the steps you took to create the membership levels? The following link can also help you to create membership levels.

KeymasterJust adding the reply from @dugganvideo in this thread in case it helps someone else who encounters a similar issue.
Found my problem. Member login was taking them to the staging version of my website. I have gotten it corrected. Thank you for responding.
