Can't import member and protection issue

Hi,

1. when I tried to import member using CVS to DB addon but it said “*Starting Row value exceeds the number of entries being updated to the database from the .csv file.” why this is happened?

2. I was using Mufin Builder by BeTheme, I installed protection plugin addon, but I can’t protect the content with this builder. can you help me please?

In regards to your second question can you test the following addon simple-membership-addon-better-custom-post-type-protection. If that does not work can you carry out the following troubleshooting steps.

1. yes I did, I follow those instruction step by step but still failed.
2. yes I did too, I use that addon and follow troubleshooting steps and content still appears.

Unfortunately there is no integration with Mufin Builder by BeTheme. The plugin developers will investigate further your issues.

Hi, did you make sure you are not importing more fields than what is allowed by your Simple Membership table?

Just to make sure that this is working, I carried out the following test. Following the instructions I shared above in regards to this plugin/addon.

I downloaded the txt file locally to my laptop. This text files has 30 fields. I only added one name to the file and only filled out 3 columns and left the rest empty.

For example:

user_name = testing1
first_name = bobbb
last_name = booooo

I changed the text file extension from txt to csv. Then I imported the csv file and it worked on my testing platform. The 1 person was added to my table / Members as per details mentioned above.

Can you do the same just for testing purposes. Report back with any findings or issue you might encounter.
