ParticipantIf you are using a “Fixed Date” expiry membership level then the account will still expire on the date that you have configured in the membership level in question.
it says this at the end. So how can we create a renovation for fixed date expiry members?

ParticipantNo, their problem is that the button doesn’t appear, my problem is that it says the user doesn’t exist, when in reality the user is logged in and with their profile active. I think it has something to do with API keys. After looking at the debug i found this error
Error occurred during Stripe Subscription cancellation. No API key provided. (HINT: set your API key using "Stripe::setApiKey(<API-KEY>)". You can generate API keys from the Stripe web interface. See https://stripe.com/api for details, or email support@stripe.com if you have any questions. But the API key is set correctly and everything is working just fine. Yes I’ve followed the tutorial on how to set up a Stripe payment and put all the webhooks correctly and the API keys in its place.

Participant“No active subscriptions”
this is the exact message, but the subscription is active in Stripe and everything.

Participant“looking into your Stripe Dashboard logs, I can’t see any error here. Since you’re using a third party which is wp-simple membership to collect and pass payment details to Stripe, I would recommend reaching out to them about this, as they will have more insight into their integration than we do.”
Stripe support tells us this

ParticipantYes we understand. But which webhooks should we activate so that it automatically handles subscription cancellation?
runjie
ParticipantWill developers give me an answer?
runjie
ParticipantI see we needed to configure some webhooks right? But which webhook do we need to put so that Stripe handles an automatic cancellation of the account?
runjie
ParticipantDo you know why’s that? We are in a hurry! Thanks for your time.
runjie
ParticipantExactly
runjie
ParticipantI mean, the customer still looks active in Stripe
runjie
ParticipantAlready deleted an acocunt, but payment still looks active…
