Despite using the latest version, the issue persists. The member details are not updating even after making edits and clicking the “Save” button. Could you please advise on any further troubleshooting steps or solutions?
Thank you for your response. I’ve already checked for caching plugins and even disabled them entirely, but the issue persists. I also tried using an incognito browser window as you suggested, but the problem remains the same. Even after making edits and clicking the “Save” button, the member details don’t update. Is there anything else I can try to resolve this?
