Unable to Edit Member Data in Simple Membership Plugin: Changes Not Saving After

I am facing an issue with the Simple Membership Plugin where I’m unable to successfully edit member details. When I try to edit a member’s information and click the “Save” button, the page reloads, but the changes are not reflected. The member data remains the same after the reload. Has anyone experienced this problem, and could you please suggest any troubleshooting steps or solutions to resolve this?

Are you using any page caching plugins? And if you try using an incognito browser window, are the results the same?

Thank you for your response. I’ve already checked for caching plugins and even disabled them entirely, but the issue persists. I also tried using an incognito browser window as you suggested, but the problem remains the same. Even after making edits and clicking the “Save” button, the member details don’t update. What version of the plugin are you using? And did you download it directly from our site?

I appreciate your assistance. To answer your question, we are currently using Simple Membership Plugin Version 4.5.8, which was downloaded directly from your website. Despite using the latest version, the issue persists. The member details are not updating even after making edits and clicking the “Save” button. Since you seem to be the only site experiencing this issue; let’s see if there is something unusual about your configuration.

1. Please ensure your site passes all of this checklist:

2. Is this a new or existing site?
    
3. Has long has your site always been running on this particular server?
    
4. Are there any other issues with respect to the creation of users? In other words, are new members able to sign up by themselves without problems? Are YOU able to manually create new members without problems?
    
5. Please check your server logs to see if there are any database errors.
