ParticipantOk I have created a new form and tested with some test users and this one shows the info in the edit member screen. Thanks very much for your help mbrsolution! One last question. I would rather that members not be able to change their info on their my profile screen, in fact I would rather it didn’t show up there at all, except for changing their password. Is there any way to do this?
Thanks.

ParticipantA form was set up yes. Where is it that the info is usually stored. I tried checking the custom user fields but it’s not there. Do I have to look through my database to find this information? I can’t understand how a plugin which claims to allow you to “collect information about your users” has no way for an admin to view that information. I have noticed that when i click in to edit a member, there is a “Custom Fields” heading at the bottom of the page but there is nothing underneath it? Is that where the info should be? I have spend hours and hours integrating simple membership plugin into a clients site based on the fact that it could collect this info. Do I have to remake the whole site? Sorry if I come across like a prick, it’s just very frustrating.
Thanks for all your help,

ParticipantDoes anyone from the company know if this functionality is there or not? I will just buy another plugin if nobody knows because I’m not wasting my money just to check if it does.

ParticipantHi,
I have seen the documentation, however it isn’t clear whether it will import custom user fields or just the standard fields like username, password etc. Do I need to buy the form builder addon? and if so and I create some custom fields with that, will I then be able to import users from wordpress with their info into those custom fields?Any help would be great, thanks!
