ParticipantHello,
Since around the beginning of 2022, I have also had the phenomenon that “spam” registrations keep coming through the membership registration form.
The google catpcha protection is up to date and registering without ticking the captcha does not work. Means captcha does its job. There are no other registration options (no comment function or similar)Are there really such “geniuses” who enter this manually?
Did you find out anything about the phenomenon with the debug log?
Thank you for your brief update on this.

ParticipantHi,
I found it š
The add.php-file was damaged … on what reason ever.
Fixed and working well again.
Thank you very much.

ParticipantHi,
another “neutral” reCAPTCHA variant, either invisible V2 or V3, would be very desirable since the reCAPTCHA will not be displayed in English if the website is German.
Is the V3 variant planned for the future?
Many thanks.

ParticipantUPDATE
In the meantime I haven’t run a cache plugin at all anymore (all deactivated according to the instructions and checked that none of them “hangs” on the server anymore).
I cleared the cache of all browsers (IE,Chrome,Firefox) and tried to re-register – each time with the same error as described above.
I also rebuilt all SWPM pages to avoid a bug and have a look at the documentation for the setup of this plugin again.
Unfortunately I don’t know where to look anymore and I’m desperate now.
I am happy about ideas or suggestions for solutions for this problem.
P.S.: The login for already registered users works great.
Regards

ParticipantHello,
so, now I switched to “Super Cache” but itĀ“s still the same problem which comes up by new registration:
Error! Security check failed for membership level validation.
The submitted membership level data does not seem to be authentic.
If you are using caching please empty the cache data and try again. The Login for registered members is still possible.
I put the settings as recommended: https://simple-membership-plugin.com/wp-super-cache-compatibility-simple-membership/
Thanks for yout help in advance.

The solution – hopefully š
Exclude Cookies

Meanwhile many thank“s for the support.

ParticipantWhat do you mean exactly with “the ability to ānot cacheā pages, if certain cookies are in use”? Can you please explain more clearly which pages should not be cached.
Was there any changing in the last updates which could be responsible for this problem? Then I can contact the Fastest Cache Support again.

ParticipantHi Jeffrey,
the time I checked out the caching-plugins I sorted W3 Total Cache out and decided to use WP Fastest Cache Premium – donĀ“t know excactly anymore why but there was a reason.
But thank“s for the tip.

ParticipantHello,
no he isn“t a admin.
I think i solved it (hopefully) while doing a “no chache” role in WP Fastest Cache. Yesterday evening I tried out with firefox, IE and chrome and it worked out fine…
Regards š and thankĀ“s for reply.

ParticipantHi Brandtify,
you problem is excactly as mine. Could you find a solution meanwhile? Because I do not come to a solution in this forum.
Thank“s for reply.
ItĀ“s good to know that other people find the same issue š

ParticipantHi,
Test was carried out at the local installation.
All pages were created correctly. To play it safe, I now have all deleted and recreated according to instructions.
After Login Redirect add-on is no longer installed.
Quick and painless – the result is still the same. š
After logging (URL: http: // domain / WordPress / member-login /) I land again on the home page of the website, since it is not forwarded to any other page.
Then I switch to another menu item and return to the area for registered members and land on the URL (such as when logging in) http: // domain / WordPress / member-login /, only this time just this unwanted content (as follows) is shown.—–
logged in asTestUser1
account status
Active
membership
xxx
Account will expire on
never
log out
——What have I still a possibility that the user when leaving the members area (whether through changes within the website or leaving the website) is automatically logged off. So the problem should then also no longer occur.
Thank you already for your efforts.

ParticipantSorry for the late response – I was some days off.
Now I tried:
1) deactivate simple membership plugin
2) delete the plugin (also after login redirect)
3) new istallation of simple membership plugin (also add-on: after login redirect)
4) deactivate all other plugins except simple membership plugin and redirect add-onOutcome: Same as like before on 02.08. #7687 number 1)…
“1)
ALL Plugins deactivated except the simple membership plugin -> No Login possible. That means if I try to login as a membership user I see the Login Form, type in email and password and get switch back to login form”BUT: Site is online right now: http://www.nest-electronics.com
