Hi, Do you have the shortcode bold? If you add styles to the shortcodes it can break the function of them. Can you please edit this page and make sure there is not any hidden HTML tags around the shortcode.

This is not suppose to happen, can you please do the following:

Enable the debug log and this should tell you more about what is happening.

There is not recurring payment integration with Braintree at this time. Only the integration options here:

I will however pass this on to the developers and see if this can be added.
