Tagged: paypal, recurring payment
Hi There,
Here is the scenario, I have 2 membership level:
1) Monthly
2) Yearly
So for a YEARLY membership, I am deducting the fees each month for a 1-year duration.
But after every month payment the user account status is changed from Active to Pending.
I was to make that account Active after each monthly payment.
Is there any option available for the same so I need to handle it via custom coding?
Thanks
Hi,

Did you create a subscription button or did you create a standard paypal button?
But after every month payment the user account status is changed from Active to Pending.
What did you set the following Access Duration (required) too?
Regards
This is not suppose to happen, can you please do the following:
Enable the debug log and this should tell you more about what is happening.
You can read more about this here: https://simple-membership-plugin.com/enable-debug-logging/
