Hi, I know how the registration process work and I have people that have registered succesfull.

What I need support on is why sometimes

1) people pay,
2) I get the notification from paypal and
3) the plugin does not upload them in the system?

I have people that paid and everthing is ok but I got others that pay and I do not have them in the membership, therefore I get an email saying that they cannot login or they make a case in paypal and I have to refund the payment.
Could you please advice

I enter the new pasword , save, there is no message. It simple does not save the new pasword. Please advise the members has a paid membership.

Hi, I already asked her and she said there is nothing in spam . Could you please tell me how can I create a pasword for her? when I go to her profile I enter a pasword underneath the email but when I save it the system does not take it.

Password (twice, leave empty to retain old password)
I ENTERED A PASWORD HERE BUT WHEN I SAVE THE SYSTEM DOES NOT SAVE IT.
