WordPress Membership Plugin
Simple Membership Plugin › Forums › Simple Membership Plugin › Member pay but is not in the membership
Hi,
This is the second time a customer registers, I received the payment in paypal but when I go to the memberships the customer is not there. I know I can add it manually but when I try to added manually I do not have an option to choose the type of membership. I already got a case in paypal I do not want to get another one.

Hi, I know how the registration process work and I have people that have registered succesfull.
What I need support on is why sometimes
1) people pay,
2) I get the notification from paypal and
3) the plugin does not upload them in the system?
I have people that paid and everthing is ok but I got others that pay and I do not have them in the membership, therefore I get an email saying that they cannot login or they make a case in paypal and I have to refund the payment.
Could you please advice

Hi,
Because this only happens to some and not all, then the best option is to enable debug mode in the settings. Next time this happens again, please check the log file. Report back with any findings.

Same problem here. Recieving payment, but members are not created.
