    ok, but how about “import member using WP CSV TO DB addon but it said “*Starting Row value exceeds the number of entries being updated to the database from the .csv file.”
    why this is happened? can you help me with this? I’ve following all instruction but still failed

    Hi,

    1. yes I did, I follow those instruction step by step but still failed.
    2. yes I did too, I use that addon and follow troubleshooting steps and content still appears.
