    Hi, thanks for the reply
    I think the problem is that the fields in my mailchimp list and the fields in the form when a member register is not all the same.

    [09/05/2015 1:49 PM] – SUCCESS :List ID to subscribe to:xxxxx
    [09/05/2015 1:49 PM] – FAILURE :Unable to load listSubscribe()!
    [09/05/2015 1:49 PM] – FAILURE : Code=250
    [09/05/2015 1:49 PM] – FAILURE : Msg=MMERGE4 must be provided – Please enter a value

    I added a country field (MMERGE4) in mailchimp, but that field is not in the simple membership form.
    I am not sure how to change it.

    HI there

    I get the email to confirm registration now, although i receive it only 1 to 2 hours after the transaction was confirmed by PayPal, not sure why, will look into it.

    Appreciate you help, I was not aware of the log file, it helped a lot.

    HI Thanks for the reply

    I created a new PayPal once off payment button, still do not get the confirmation email.
    I also created a subscription recurring payment. That confirmation email go through immediately.

    Looking at the log it would seem as if everything worked fine. Don’t know if the email may get stuck in my server somewhere?

    The member receive the PayPal email to confirm their payment
    BUT the member does not receive the: SUCCESS :Member signup/upgrade completion email successfully sent to: cxxx@vxxxxil.co.za (the email is correct,i just changed it here)

    My default membership=Active. So if a new member register I see it as active although they have nor received or completed the registration

    Part of the log:
