ParticipantI have set up a registration form using the SWPM Form Builder add on. This registers the member as a Free Member (Member ID:5)
But when I look at the list of members, (See Pic 1 above) the Membership Level is blank. At this point, I need to go into the Dashboard, into the member profile and edit the membership level manually.Joe
ParticipantHi mbrsolution.
Thank you for your reply.
I have already read those documents.
Q1: The issue I am facing is, as shown in the pictures attached to the OP, with membership levels, I have assigned a “free” ,membership level, but when a new member registers, the “Membership Level” box remains empty. I have to manually go in and assign this membership level.
Q2:Are you saying that if I a member is logged in as a free member, when they go through the payment system (PayPal or Stripe) the system will automatically assign their payment to their account and it will automatically upgrade them?Joe

ParticipantI want people to be able to register (and pay) to access the members area. As an individual, you would click the “Individual Membership” button which would then require you to set up a subscription of £25 per month. However, if you are a couple, I want you to be able to set up an account each (so that we can register your attendance individually (a bit like in school, where siblings student accounts are linked under the same parents/household) then click the “Couples Membership” button and pay £37.50 per month for both accounts.
Im happy to set up different PayPal buttons for the various amounts, which will allow the members to pick the membership option that best suits them, what Im asking is, is there a way of a man and a woman having individual membership accounts that are linked as a couples account?
