Hello, thank yout very much for the link. It helped!!!

I found a website where someone wrote that the error
[2021/09/14 14:46:44] – FAILURE: Error! Failed to insert a new member record. This request will fail.
comes from the wrong PayPal IPN Message Setting (it has to be UTF-8).

You link above took me to the page with the link I needed. And now it works!!!

So for all others who have the same problem:
1. Log in at PayPal.
2. Click on this link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-language-encoding
3. Click on “further options”
4. Change Coding to “UTF-8”

That’s it.

Maybe I have the wrong settings but I don’t know what to change. I already tried another hosting provider but it didn’t work too.
Does somebody use the PayPal Buy Now Button and likes to help me? Screenshots, …

Hi, I already read the documentation and had contact to the support. They say it’s a conflict with the server. Strato ist one of the best known hosting services in germany. Maybe someone had the same problem or no problem with them.
Anyone?
