ParticipantYes, I’m using that feature. The problem is I use the *exact same message* for every post I partially protect:
`[swpm_protected custom_msg='<span class=”uj-insider-protected”>The rest of this article is for Insider subscribers only…..</span>’]`
We currently have 25 posts partially protected (and growing!). This means that, if I ever have to change this message, I need to change it in 25+ posts manually. That’s not ideal.
My request is for the default partially protected post message to be customizable using the Custom Message plugin so that I only have to ever change it in a single location.
Does this make sense?

ParticipantI don’t think so. This looks like it can represent any custom HTML/CSS snippet as a shortcode. I want the custom_msg property of swpm_protected to be a centrally defined variable so I only have to define a common custom message in one place for every partially protected post.
EDIT: Tried a similar plugin (Shortcoder) and confirmed this doesn’t work. The message renders but Simple Membership Plugin doesn’t protect the rest of the post. Pretty sure that this is because I’m using a shortcode to output a shortcode.
