Problem solved! I have a couple of questions though, shouldn’t just clicking “Show Adminbar to Admin” be enough? Does it hurt anything to have all 3 checked? I would think that if I checked the “Show Adminbar to Admin” I would not have to check either of the other 2.

The culprit was the “Maintenance”plugin by fruitfulcode. Do you know of one that doesn’t interfere with Simple Membership?

Thanks Matt for getting back to me. You are correct, we are a non-profit dog agility club; our site is columbiaagility.org (Columbia Agility Club, CAT). I made the purchase using the clubs Credit Card that our Treasurer, Nancy Barrows, has (she gave me the information). I used Nancy’s name because it’s on the credit card. The email I thought I used was the club general email: columbiaagilityteam@gmail.com; Nancy is the person that manages this email account and forwards mail to the appropriate person, she didn’t get anything. Please advise on how to proceed.

I have screen shots saved to my computer but do not know how to attach them to a Reply, the IMG asks for a URL???

I followed the instructions, it still does not get rid of the admin bar for non-admin users. Any other ideas?
