We never received an email with the download instructions. I have been communicating with someone via email with no resolution. Here is a link to a screenshot of our receipt.

Thanks Matt for getting back to me. You are correct, we are a non-profit dog agility club; our site is columbiaagility.org (Columbia Agility Club, CAT). I made the purchase using the clubs Credit Card that our Treasurer, Nancy Barrows, has (she gave me the information). I used Nancy’s name because it’s on the credit card. The email I thought I used was the club general email: email@example.com; Nancy is the person that manages this email account and forwards mail to the appropriate person, she didn’t get anything. Please advise on how to proceed.
