Also, just followed the instructions deactivating all plug-ins, and changing themes. Same issue. I am just going to delete the WP Members plugin and find another membership plug-in. Too bad as I liked this one.

This is doing the exact same thing to me. I’ve installed the WP Total Cache plugin, followed instructions above, saved and purged the cache. Still getting the same thing. Prompting me to login again no matter what. This seems to be a big issue and I can imagine affecting a lot of sites. Hopefully Simple Membership can solve this problem on their end soon.
