I have not been sent a new version of the form builder add-on.

I had this problem, and I was using the form builder add on. I deactivated the add on and went back to the original registration form and this cured the problem.
I was using the original free version of the form builder add on, I have noticed that the add on is no longer free, so maybe the old version no longer works.

yes, all email addresses are working properly, but I am still not getting confirmation email.
My site URL is http://matchdaypubs.net/
If this issue is not solved soon I will stop using this plug-in and find a new one.
