    I’m having a problem where after registration, the member isn’t sent the confirmation email. I have noticed that this issue has been raised on the forum more than once, but there has been no answer given, which is worrying.
    I would be grateful for any help on the matter.

    Hello,
    I investigated it and i do get email when registration is complete. you could check if default wordpress email is working or not.

    yes, all email addresses are working properly, but I am still not getting confirmation email.
    My site URL is http://matchdaypubs.net/
    If this issue is not solved soon I will stop using this plug-in and find a new one.
