ParticipantHi 🙂 No problem:
Are you creating a members account via the admin No.
or are you making changes to the members account via the admin panel? Yes.
If you are making changes to the members account via the admin panel, have you enabled the following feature Notify User? No, thanks for letting me know, I missed this one. and its now working, thank you!
Have you also enabled the following feature Send Email to Member When Added via Admin Dashboard. This is located under Email Settings. Yes
After enabling the Notify User feature, the upgrade notification email was sent, thank you!
But not the next problem is that I can’t find where to edit that email content.
I have edited all of the ones I could find in email settings, but none of those contents are sent.
I thought it would send the content I set in “Email Settings (Account Upgrade Notification)” but it is not sending that content.
Is there another feature to make it send that content and not whatever default was set?
Thank you!

ParticipantNo problem, it’s important to have clarity.
I have listed below the exact steps with links:
1. Member logs in –
2. Page redirects to the correct page as set up in
“Simple Membership After Login Redirection” plugin.3. Side bar widget menu shows up on the right hand side as per menu settings
4. Member logs out
5. Member logs in again
6. Instead of redirecting to above website, the following content is displayed:

And the link shown in address bar is: http://www.helpinghands.za.org/membership-login/
7. No side bar widget menu shows up on the right hand side as per menu settings, I have no idea why.
8. This is the only instance where the side bar menu does not show up – all your other protected pages allow the side bar menu to show up.
If you would like to test it, you can create a membership on our website and log in and out a few times.

9. I’ve tried it in Firefox Browser and Google Chrome with the same results.
10. I’m using Windows 7 32 Bit.
11. I’ve checked with server host, and php mod for page caching is not enabled.
Let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help you with this one.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi! No problem
Member creates account from front end registration form, account is automatically activated to first membership.
Once member does certain actions, then I do this:
1. Log into WP Admin
2. Go to Simple Membership / Members
3. Find member, click Edit
4. Find Membership Level field, click drop down arrow next to member level, select next membership from drop down options, then scroll down click EDIT USER button.Hope that helps!

ParticipantOk thanks.
But how do I recreate that particular page, it’s generated by your system and its not listed in the page list in wordpress.
Or, is it the Login page with the login form that I should recreate?
Let me know, thanks 😉

ParticipantI checked with my server host, they said they have not enable page cache mod in php. So no pages are being cached on the server.
bizfundi
ParticipantOk, thanks 😉

ParticipantAh thank you so much! I had totally forgotten that the ReCaptcha plugin wasn’t updated through the normal WordPress plugin page.
I updated it and it worked perfectly!
Where do i go to do a review for this plugin?

ParticipantGood Morning!
I’ve got Simple Membership Version 3.4.0 installed, and there is no notice to upgrade it. Is that the correct version? IF NOT, shouldn’t I see an update link notice in WP?
THE LOGIN form is here:
http://www.helpinghands.za.org/membership-login/
I’m using Firefox Browser. Cache and history etc been cleared.

ParticipantI have updated the new version of this plugin.
What must I do to make the Recaptcha appear on the login form? It does not show after the update, so I am assuming I need to do something to make it appear?
There is nothing on the documentation.
Thanks so much once again.
