ParticipantHi,
So you are saying that you have two membership levels as pointed out below, is this correct?
membership level 1 “professionnel-solar-Archi”
membership level 2 “professionnel-solar-install”YEs you right.
Page 1: puits-de-lumiere-solarspot-documentation-professionnels-architectes/ can only be read by membership level 1 “professional-solar-Archi”
Page 1 displays the downloads (plugin download Monitor) of the following categories: PROS commercial documentation, PROS technical documentationPage 2: documentation professionnels/ can only be read by the level of adhesion 2 “professional-solar-install”
Page 2 displays the downloads (plugin download Monitor) of the following categories: PROS POS, PROS installation instructions, PROS commercial documentation (same category as level 1), PROS technical documentation (same category as level 1), PROS tariffsscreenshot of the problem :
Our site uses WP Membership to display or not pages according to 2 groups with different access rights: “professional-solar-Archi” and “professional-solar-install”
The pages display downloads managed by the Download Monitor plugin.
In each download of Download Monitor, you have the possibility to check or uncheck “Consultation pro” and “Consulting Architects”
<img src="https://www.solarspot-lfr.com/pb/capture-avant.jpg" alt="Normal action for a download that must be accessible to membership level 2 “professionnel-solar-install" />Now, WP Membership does not take into account the requests that I make, I can tick and uncheck any box, when I “Update” the download, my request is not taken into account and the 2 boxes are checked
<img src="https://www.solarspot-lfr.com/pb/capture-apres.jpg" alt="null" />
For example, I ticked “Consultation pour les pros” and unchecked “Consultation Architectes” so that the download is visible only by the membership level 2 “professional-solar-install”.I save the changes: “Update”
The download is updated, the 2 membership levels are checked:
– membership level 1 “professional-solar-Archi” that I did not ask
– membership level 2 “professional-solar-install” that I requestedIf you need you can have a private acces

ParticipantHello,
When I create a site I put myself administrator.I create an editor role for my client.
I thus limits capacitées client to break the site.in a site, I installed your plugin to restraindre some pages to its partners.
So all is for the best.
The problem is this: My client wants to create “Members” autonomously to its partners but by me.He can not do as an editor.
How can it can handle its members without my client have an administrator role?
Thank you for your reply -
