WordPress Membership Plugin
Simple Membership Plugin › Forums › Simple Membership Plugin › Authorization to access the administration panel: editor does not work
First of all thank you for your wonderful plugin.
He is very agreeable.
I am having a problem today.
In “Simple WP Membership :: Settings” tab “Advanced tuning”
I set: Authorization to access the admin panel: editor.
But when I connect to the wordpress dashboard with an account editor I have the following message:
Sorry, you do not have permission to edit entries in this type of content.
Why ?
I do not want to give the role of administrator to my editor but he must be able to manage the Simple membership accounts in the wordpress dashboard
Thank you for your help
Hi, I just carried out a test and it is working for me. Can you carry out the following troubleshooting steps.
Report back with your findings.
Kind regards
Following your request, I just tested by following the different steps of the page: Test plugin conflict and theme before posting a problem or a bug.
In both cases, it’s the same, with disabled plugins:
The administrator of this site does not allow users to access the wp dashboard.
With deactivated themes:
The administrator of this site does not allow users to access the wp dashboard.
I tested with the theme Twenty SeventeenVersion: 1.4
My wordpress is version 4.9.1
I can give you access to the backoffice privately if you wish.
Thank you for your help
Hi, I forgot to mentioned the following. Make sure you don not have any of the following features enabled under Settings -> General Settings.
Hide Adminbar
Show Adminbar to Admin
Disable Access to WP Dashboard
Thank you
