    First, if your debug log is enabled but empty after a transaction then you have an issue on this server.

    The debug log empty basically means that the plugin is not even receiving IPN message from PayPal. Without the payment notification from PayPal, this plugin can’t do the post purchase steps.

    So you need to fix that in your server (whatever is causing the PayPal IPN to be blocked on this site).

    There is nothing we can do in our plugin if the actual issue that is blocking the IPN message is resolved.

    If I delete the plugin and reinstall will it delete all the settings?

    @jkson123 you can delete the plugin and reinstall a fresh copy without loosing your settings.
