    Hello,

Thank you for such nice plugin but I am facing problem and this is breaking my head very badly.
After completing payment user does not receive the email with unique link to activate their account.
    What is happening
1 – new members appearing under WP Membership -> Members
2 – Payment is Coming in paypal.
    What I did
1 – I enable debug mode it is blank
2 – I created another test subscription but same issue
3 – I read and followed these instructions
4 – PayPal transactions are getting cleared in PayPal account
5 – I have added a return URL in the Button you created
6 – My IPN set up correctly
    7 – Deactivate and reactivated

I don’t remember know what else I did if you have any solution please tell me if you have anything because I am very tired of searching and working

Hi can you enable debug mode if you turned it of. Can you then carry out another subscription or signing up test. Then check the log file again and report back.

    Thank you

    Hi please read the following..

Premier accounts are for members who will have a high transaction volume, need to accept credit card payments, or would like access to our special features not offered with Personal accounts. Premier accounts include all the benefits of Personal accounts, as well as our special features.

Business accounts allow you to do business under a company or group name, accept all payment types for low fees, and accept payment from customers without PayPal accounts. Business accounts include all of the benefits of Premier accounts, as well as our special features.

Hi, you should upgrade to Business Account. It is free so it won’t cost you anything. Once you upgrade please carry out a test and report back.

    Thank you

Hi is debug mode still active? If it is can you check the log file? Is your PayPal IPN pointing to your website? If all the aforementioned is correct then carry out the following delete the plugin and install it again. Carry out another test.

Can you also confirm that e-mails can be sent from your website?

Before you delete the plugin can you check your server log files. They might reveal why those e-mails are not coming through. Also can you check your PayPal account and make sure you have not changed or block any e-mails. You might also like to ask PayPal to investigate your PayPal account in regards to this issue.

You might also like to check the following php session not working correctly.

Hi, I am trying to minimize all my options. There are many that use this plugin without this issue.

When it comes to e-mails there are other factors that might produce the issue that you are experiencing. In some cases it is your website and in other cases it might be your PayPal account.

However in saying this if those e-mail addresses are referring to Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail accounts then there are other options you can take to try and fix this issue.

Sorry if I am not providing a quick solution for you.

    Kind regards
