ParticipantCan someone help me?
I’ve uploaded user photos to my image library and user info using a csv file. This is for a class reunion website with about 500 users, and I have lots of info on each classmate. I imported the users using Import Users from CSV plugin and then ran WP User import addon to move the users to WP Simple Membership.I can’t seem to get it to work. User Profiles show only First and Last Name and Membership Level. I also need to include the user’s photo in their profile.
Thanks for any help you can give me!

ModeratorHi, are you currently using the Form Builder addon?

ParticipantNo, I’m not using the form builder. I just read the documentation on it but still don’t see how it would connect the custom form fields to the data I’ve already uploaded. Will it also use the user’s photo that I’ve already uploaded? I hope to know it will work for me before purchasing. I have two reunion websites that need the same functionality.
Thanks For helping me!

ModeratorHi Ben, the form builder addon allows you to add a profile photo to the member. There many more fields you can add. Did you try to import all the users into Simple Membership members area from a CSV file?
You might like to read the following documentation and give it a try. See if this works better for you.

ParticipantThanks for the help!
I tried “WP User Import” and it added all the users but not all my extra fields. I tried “CSV to DB” plugin but my CSV file has more fields than the database so I got an error. Can I upload the fields in my CSV file. I need that information on the user profile pages.

ModeratorHi, you can only import the fields that are available in the plugins database. If you have extra fields then that will be a problem.

ParticipantDo you have any suggestions on how I could accomplish adding all the extra fields I need on the site? I’ve read most of the documentation on your plugins and they seem to be able to do everything else.
Thanks!

ModeratorI am not sure how to accomplish this. You will have to compare the extra fields you have with the fields that can be added using the Form Builder addon.
