Unable to create a new user

Hi! I try several times to manually add a new user and I keep getting a message that the password is incorrect, even though I chose a long password with all the required characters, it won’t let me save the new user.

Thank you for your support what can be done. And is it not possible to add a user in the normal WordPress user list. And from there manage it?

Is it necessary to upload users through the plugin, is it not possible to receive the data directly through the WordPress users, and within the user who already exists in WordPress, set a membership level for him?
Many plugins work this way, they take the data directly from there and everything is fine with the WordPress user
