Stripe users subscription not canceled with the website

Hi !

I have a problem with the plugin :/
When my customers cancel their subscription on my website, the subscription on Stripe is not canceled at the same time and I have to do it manually.

What could be the problem ?

Aren’t the subscriptions supposed to be cancelled automatically on stripe when people cancel their subscriptions on Simple Membership ?

Are you talking about the Delete Account button found in their profile page when you enable the following feature Allow Account Deletion located in Advanced Settings tab.
