Stripe Payment Issues

I’ve trying out a Stripe pay now button on my site. When the user completes the pop up payment screen, the page is redirected. However, all that happens is an error.

This is the page it’s trying to reach: https://www.csfleak.info/?swpm_process_stripe_buy_now=1

This is the message:

The http://www.csfleak.info page isn’t working

http://www.csfleak.info is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I really can’t fathom what, if anything, I’m doing wrong. I can’t find anything in the support documentation or forum either, sadly. Anyone else come across this issue?

Hi David, just want to verify with you if you followed these instructions to set up your Stripe payment buttons.

Yes. That’s exactly how I set it up. I use stripe for something else, so I know the api codes work. Thanks, David

I’ve put a test stripe button on the site here: test stripe button. Every time the payment completes (using stripe test cards – it’s in test mode) the 500 error triggers. The user should be redirected to this thank you page once this payment has process, but it just errors out.

Hi, thank you for reporting back. Just one question, I notice above that you have the following URL [http://www.csfleak.info/]

But when I check your site the URL is a secured URL https://www.csfleak.info/. Could this be what is causing your issue? Another words the URL should be https://.

Are you having any SSL certificate issues in your site or server?
