Hi, is that your URLs site? If it is, you are on the right track. I don’t really have any sample sites at hand. However you can check the following documentation about the Join Us page. This might share some light for you.

Here is a site that might also help you even though the site is about WordPress products. But at the same time it shows you a great homepage design and I thought it might give you some ideas.
