Register page not work

Hi, I’m trying to use register page on my website but it doesn’t work. When I submit register form it just redirect back to my register page with no error message or anythings that can show me what’s wrong.

I tried disabled all other plugins and update your plugin but still not working.

Please show me how to fix it or tell me how to troubleshoot.

Are you using any page caching plugins? If so, is it configured in a manner similar to the officially supported caching plugins?

It look like it is a theme conflict issues. I change to default WP theme and it now can register.
But problem is the theme of my website is made by our former developer and we can’t contact him anymore. And I’m a new guy here (also a WordPress newbie) I’m not sure where to start looking. Do you have any advise of where to start looking inside your plugin? like which file that relate to register process so I can continue troubleshoot.
