    Hello as subject we are implementign a paid membership service using paypal gateway
    we noticed and read in the documentation that if i stop the recurring payment in the paypal account tha acocunt on the wordpress site has been blocked as well.
    We beleieve that this is not corrcet because if i decide to stop the recurring payment i should use the service for the remian time i’ve paid the subscription.
    I mean that if i buy one year subscription and after three months i decide to not renew the subscription and delete the recurring payment in paypal i should still have tha account up and running till the end of the subscription period.
    This seems to not happen 🙁
    I think is a misconfiguration of the system; can someone help me finding the worng parameter i set ?
    i follow line by line the available documentation of this site related to recurring plan.

    Did you do any coding yourself?

    I also believe this question has been asked before in the forum by other users.

    i tried to search in the forum but i did not find any hit to my search 🙁
    do you maybe remember the subject ont the previous requests ?

    No i did not code anything; when i wrote about parameter i meant the
    configuration in dashboard. i follow line by line the documentation.
    please if you have time to dedicate to me what info have i to send you to
    dig or analyze the problem ?
