Hi, first carry out the following troubleshooting steps test-for-plugin-and-theme-conflict-before-posting-an-issue-or-a-bug.
Let me know how you go.
I have done the troubleshooting, and found that the error happens when Simple Membership Form Builder is active. With it deactivated, I can update a profile. Of course my custom fields aren’t there with From Builder inactive. I have not made any changes to my custom fields since originally setting the plugin up a couple years ago.
Hi, thank you for providing more information. This helps us a lot. For premium addons, please create a premium addon support ticket.
Why is this marked resolved? Nothing has been resolved. I have opened a Premium Support request and gotten no reply. I have updated SMP to version 3.9.3 and that did not change the problem.
We received your form submission today. That error is coming from some kind of a security or firewall setup of your site. It is not an error that gets displayed by our plugin. We will take a look inside your site. Please reply to the email we just sent to you.
