ParticipantI made registration with a personal form, not yours, and after registration I ask to pay with the paypal buton made from the plugin. The payment go well, the subscription is created and money taken on paypalbut the ipn notification don’t go. So the user pay but is not upgraded to premium.
I made all the setting for the ipn on paypal business account, also tried ipn simulator of paypal with random data to send notification to the website and see if the log write anything about the transaction but nothing.
The Log didn’t record the ipn, so i suppose the plugin didn’t see it.
How can I solve?
Tnx

ModeratorHi,
and after registration I ask to pay with the paypal buton made from the plugin.
Which button are you referring too? A button created using Simple Membership plugin or your other plugin?
but the ipn notification don’t go. So the user pay but is not upgraded to premium.
Let me know if carried out these instructions?
Kind regards

ModeratorHi, can you carry out the following troubleshooting steps.
After you have carried out the above, if no issue is found then do the following. Enable Debug mode in the plugin settings and carry out a test.
Let me know how you go.

ModeratorHi,

Can you test our registration form. I suspect your form is causing this issue. Let me know what happens.
Thank you
