PayPal Error: You cannot complete this action on the card you have selected…

Hello,

I setup the plugin and everything seems to be working fine, but every time I try to buy the susbscription through the PayPal button I get this error message: “You cannot complete this action on the card you have selected. Please select another card.”

I have tried several cards, all of them have enough funds, and I’m using a different account from my business account.

Sounds more like something related to my PayPal’s account configuration, but I’m really clueless.

Can someone help me please?

Hi can you enable Debug Mode. Then carryout another transaction. Then check the log file. Report back here with your log file findings.

Thanks for your quick response. I did as you told, but the debug file is empty. However, it is registering activity, because it registered when I tried resetting it:

My feeling is that it’s because the PayPal transaction isn’t happening at all.

Any clues?
