Check to make sure it has not landed in the spam box. I have checked your log file above and everything works well.

Can you carry out the following which worked for another user.

If my memory serves me correctly, the problem I had was due to the .htaccess rule that requires authentication. I was testing with live transactions on a subdomain that required an id and pass; it started working again after commenting out those lines.

There might be some rules added to your .htaccess file that might be causing this issue.
