InactiveI’m a user not the plug-in owner, but not sure what you mean by the plugin “not sending me a registration link”. The plugin won’t send you a URL link via e-mail to register. Instead, it creates a web page on your site where anyone can register. If you want the system to send you (as the administrator) a separate e-mail saying that “John Doe” has registered, then that is a separate plug-in by the same author.
In my case, I let anyone register as a “class 0 free member”. I then receive an e-mail which prompts me to go in and look at that person’s registration. If they are a bonafide customer of mine, then I change their membership classification which grants them access to certain hidden pages.

ParticipantThanks for the reply but I have not got free membership enabled….So as I understand it when someone pays via paypal then the plugin should send a registration link ? which it is not doing and not sure whether this is the settings are incorrect ?

ParticipantI’m experiencing this problem also.
I do not have free membership enabled, and have ensured that the thank you page redirects to the login page, however an email is never received with a user name and password.
Can you please help? (have spent hours trying to get this to work … and our launch is 36 hours away)
Thank you so much
Cathy

Moderator@jkson123 can you enable Debug Mode and then check the log file after someone registers in your website.
November 25, 2015 at 4:18 pm #4213jkson123
ParticipantWhen I click the debug files, it’s a blank screen. Why is that?

ParticipantThe paypal IPN was enabled but now I just went to redo it again and says that my URL cannot be validated. Who do I contact about this issue? My host? or Paypal?
November 25, 2015 at 11:58 pm #4224mbrsolution
Moderator@jkson123 First contact PayPal about your URL not being validated. Also make sure you are entering the correct URL?

ParticipantOk, so now the upgrade email works and sends but then it doesn’t send the email with the unique link to complete registration. Any idea why?
